Contacting other users

When you find the right room or flatmate, it’s easy to make contact by using all the contact options available.

To establish the first contact, you can express interest by using the interest messages, send a direct message or get in touch by phone.

There is going to be a point where you might want to move away from the website and get the conversation going elsewhere (Whatsapp, personal email or other chat services). However, from a safety and security standpoint, we do advice our users to keep the communication on the website. This is to help us keep everything under control and interfere at any given moment to block any malicious users trying to target you as a victim of a scam.
